Common questions
What is the difference between Budget and Priority routes?
They are two different number suppliers. Budget usually has the lowest prices for popular services. Priority offers wider availability across services and countries, so it is a good alternative when Budget has no stock or a code does not arrive. Each route shows its own price before you pay.
What if my code never arrives?
While a number is still waiting, you can tap “Cancel and refund” to return the full price to your wallet (some suppliers require a short wait before cancelling). If a number expires without a code, the full price is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
No. SPLUG wallet funds can only be used to buy numbers on SPLUG and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash. Please fund only what you plan to use.
How do I buy a number?
